Our real estate firm was formed in 1980 by Jim Boggs in the small community of Denton, N.C.,one of the three towns in Davidson County N.C.  Denton has a city limits population of about 1,500, but the greater population is 20,000.

Our appeal is the back drop of the Uwharrie Mountains and rural lands in connection with the Yadkin River which forms four man made lakes:  High Rock, Tuckertown, Badin, and Tillery.  The lakes have over 28,000 acres under water and over 665 miles of shoreline.

As you can see, we are the hub of the state and have the advantage of living in the country while being within 20 minutes of large towns and less than one hour from a large city with its major airports and top-notch medical facilities and professional sports activities.

The community of Denton, located in the Piedmont,is only 15 miles from I-85 near High Point, N.C. and approximately one hour from Charlotte and Greensboro, N.C.  We are also three hours from the mountains of N.C. (snow skiing) and three hours from the (beaches) of North and South Carolina.  Since our founding in 1980, Boggs Realty has specialized in
